Tabata Exercise: Crunches

CrunchesLie down flat on your back with your legs raised and your calves at a 90 degree angle horizontal with the floor. Engage your core muscles and raise your head and neck off the floor whilst staring upwards keeping your spine straight. Then raise your head off the ground towards your knees (whilst retaining posture) to work your abdominal muscles. Return to the floor and repeat.
