Leg-and-hip-liftLie on your back with your legs straight out in front of you. Keeping your legs straight raise both legs up so they are at a 90 degree angle with the floor.  Once at this position lift your hips off the floor and then lower back down. Finally lower both legs down to the floor so you are lying on your back with your legs straight in front and repeat.
