Push-upsGet into a prone position on the floor with your arms shoulder width apart placed directly under your shoulders. Lower yourself to the floor by keeping your legs straight out behind. Push back up and repeat the exercise keeping your back straight. To make this exercise slightly easier, place your knees on the floor and lower yourself from there.
