Festive Fitness Tabata Style

And since you don’t want to see in the New Year gaining those extra pounds you’ve worked so hard to lose, you need a way to combat the Christmas over-indulgence.

We’ve got the solution – Tabata training.

It’s quick – just 4 minutes. It’s effective – burn more calories. It can be done from anywhere with no equipment necessary.

All you need is to grab ten minutes every day this week to workout. Hard.

So let’s start at the bottom and work our way up …

For the legs

Here’s are 4 fantastic Tabata workouts for the legs:

  1. Squat jumps
  2. Jumping lunges
  3. Mountain climbers
  4. Burpees

For the core
